Any certified Mini Cooper mechanics in Al Nahda Sharjah? Need a battery swap that won't mess up the ECU.

Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a bind. My Mini Cooper S has been sitting for a few weeks and now the battery is completely dead – just a click and nothing else. I'm in Al Nahda, Sharjah, and I'm trying to find a workshop nearby that actually knows these cars. I know you can't just throw a new battery in a Mini and call it a day. I've read that for Minis made after 2002, the car has an intelligent Battery Management System that needs to be told a new battery is fitted, otherwise it keeps charging it like the old one, which just kills the new battery early . I really don't want to be back here in 18 months dealing with the same issue, so I'm looking for a place that has the right diagnostic tools to do the battery registration and reset properly . I've seen a few options, like a service that mentions German-trained technicians and offers free pick-up and delivery across Sharjah , and another that stocks AGM batteries specifically for Minis and claims to preserve ECU settings during the swap . I'm hoping to find a Certified Mini Cooper mechanics for drivers in Al Nahda Sharjah that can handle the full process, not just drop a battery in and leave. If anyone's used a specific workshop around here for their Mini that they'd trust with this, please let me know.
